So you have a shiney new email signature from us but how do you install it to Microsoft Outlook 2007.

Here’s a quick user guide on the instructions:

  • Go to Outlook and create a profile for a new email signature
      1. Select Tools from the top menu
      2. Select Options, Select Mail Format and then Signatures
      3. Create and new signature and just any random word… Now you can save it
  • Open the file we have sent to you in notepad and copy the contents of the file.
  • You’ll need to open Windows Explorer and go to C:UsersYOURUSERNAMEAppDataRoamingMicrosoftSignatures You my notice that one of the files is greyed out a little but you should be able to open. If you can’t see any file names check the show hidden folders button.
  • You will need to edit the file you created which will look like this MYFILENAME.html – open it with notepad, delete the current code and paste in the code we have given you and save.
  • You can assign the new email signature to your account by checking it and selecting your signature at the right hand side.

All done – now you’re new branded signature will be on the bottom of your emails…
